– If you use the vehicle, avoid to travel when the sun is stronger. Use sunglasses to avoid light sensitivity.
– Pressure changes encountered on plane trips can trigger migraine. For this reason, you can use the drugs recommended by your physician before traveling,. Use a pillow to provide the most suitable position for your head and neck.
– If your headache starts, try to rest in a dark cool place. Treat your pain and nausea early with your medication, do not allow the pain to increase.
